I returned it and got another one back and it works perfectly fine. The software is pretty good and all the led features work and it also works with signal rgb which is a huge advantage, but you do have to disable the glorius software first. I got gatreon brown linear switches and it is very quite, and has a very nice feel to it. The noise level is perfect for my needs and is not picked up by any mics.
