Fit For Purpose
I purchased this to make Filipino Leche Flan, the 2 star rating is based on a mistake I made with caramilizing sugar in the base - This is just honest feedback re: how easily the base has been stained and burnt from a mistake I made, some of you may feel this is unfair to mark down a product based on this but just to let you know it will not survive over caramelising and was disappointed that the pans are now ruined.
