this is a photo of a first boot up to my new computer. The fans look great, they run great and are for the most part pretty silent. the rgb i haven’t messed with it but they are as well very nice. the software for them is easy to use. the value is alright tbh.

I bought this triple pack of Lian Li SL-Infinity fans because I wanted to run a double row of fans on my water cooling radiator. The daisy-chain "Uni Fan" design is a lifesaver for this it makes the cable management so much cleaner since you only have one set of wires for all the fans in a row. The infinity mirror look is amazing, but more importantly, they move a lot of air and keep my temperatures very low. Even with a double layer of fans, they remain relatively quiet. If you are doing a high-end liquid cooled build and want the best combination of performance and aesthetics, these are the fans to get.

I just love these fans because they come in all different patterns of colors and you can even put your own color schemes into it. Connecting it to my new pc setup was a breeze and its pretty sturdy! Controlling fan speeds is pretty easy, i honestly can't even hear them inside of my tower. Good price for good fans!

Love the fans they look wonderful! Though in all my wisdom I managed to install every last one of them backwards so now my airflows messed up, my fault not the fans. Though it should be more clear that you don’t need to buy a fan hub before getting these because they come with a fan hub using cables and connectors specific to Lian-Li.

These have an awesome slim Tron-like LED line and the infinity mirrors look great. ...HOWEVER when installing be aware that the connector piece for the fans can easily be installed backwards get stuck, and break! (SEE LAST PHOTO - those two rectangle protuberances are actually different sizes!) There is a tiny 1mm size difference. If you install it wrong, it will not work and will be stuck. I broke one connector when trying to remove it after doing this. There are no markings on the pieces and the instructions are not clear. They changed this connector for the newer v2 model fans. --------------- SOFTWARE: I had many issues with the L-Connect 3 software. #1 Firmware for a controller would not update, even when trying support's workaround. #2 When the software is open, it bugs out the cursor with my Huion drawing tablet making it unusable. #3 The software also kept forgetting settings like fan names and colors. TIP: After a LOT of troubleshooting, I set the option in L-Connect 3 for "motherboard control," closed it, and switched to free OpenRGB software instead. Now I never need to run L-Connect even after reboots. However it has to be installed at first in order to select the "motherboard control" option due to the proprietary fan controllers. --------------- OPENRGB SOFTWARE: Now, using OpenRGB and the "toggle LED view" option, I have control over each individual LED, though it took a while to set up. HINT: each fan has 8 LEDs inside and 12 LEDs outside, (3 sets of this totalling 60 LEDs per 3 pack) once you group/zone them this way in OpenRGB it is much easier to control. OpenRGB can also do easy to set up animated patterns. --------------- It is possible to separately purchase cables to connect the fans to typical ARGB / PWM connectors, but they were extremely hard to find. Lian Li doesn't seem to sell them at all and I only ever found one small 3rd party website that sold them. --------------- Final word, you are paying at least double to get the aesthetics here. Performance wise there are cheaper, slightly better performing options. If the looks are worth it to you, go for it! Use the steps mentioned above to avoid some hassle. I am happy with them, just wish the software and connectors were better.

These fans are well made. Look very nice. Easy to install. Cable is reversible which really helped with keeping a clean look.

But expensive but worth the price. Speed goes up to 2500 rpm and lighting and rgb is awesome sometimes at full speed you can hear little nice

Die Lian Li UniFan SL120 Infinity Lüfter haben mich voll überzeugt. Mit ihrem leisen Betrieb und dem guten Luftdurchsatz sorgen sie für eine ausgezeichnete Kühlung meiner PC-Komponenten. Selbst mit 10 verbauten Lüftern in meinem Lian Li O11 Dynamic EVO bleibt der Geräuschpegel angenehm – auch unter Last sind die Lüfter hörbar, aber keinesfalls störend. Die Qualität der Lüfter ist top – nichts wirkt billig oder fragil. Ich habe die Lüfter nun seit einem Jahr in meinem System, und sie laufen noch immer wie am ersten Tag. Kein Verschleiß, keine Leistungseinbußen – genau das erwarte ich von Premium-Lüftern. Der Einbau war dank des innovativen Stecksystems erstaunlich einfach. Das Kabelmanagement ist durchdacht, da nur ein Lüfter pro Reihe verkabelt werden muss – die restlichen Lüfter werden durch das Stecksystem mit Strom versorgt. Das erspart lästiges Kabelchaos und erleichtert den gesamten Aufbau enorm. In den 3er-Packs ist der Controller bereits enthalten, was den Einstieg zusätzlich vereinfacht. Optisch machen die Lüfter ebenfalls eine Menge her. Der Spiegeleffekt und die RGB-Beleuchtung sind beeindruckend und verleihen dem PC einen edlen Look. Die Steuerungssoftware ist übersichtlich und zuverlässig, wodurch sich die Beleuchtung und Lüftergeschwindigkeit problemlos anpassen lassen. Preislich bewegen sich die Lüfter im mittleren bis höheren Segment. Es gibt durchaus günstigere RGB-Lüfter, aber in Sachen Qualität, Design und Funktionalität rechtfertigt sich der Preis. Wer Wert auf hochwertige Verarbeitung, leisen Betrieb und beeindruckende Optik legt, wird hier nicht enttäuscht. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden – klare Kaufempfehlung für alle, die das Beste aus ihrem Setup herausholen möchten!

Lian Li Infinity fans are awesome. I love how they daisy chain together and the controller software is intuitive. It would be a five star review but after 2 months the leds on two of the fans started flickering, changing colours etcetera than completely stopped working. Tried all the fixes online like changing fan placement, cleaning the connectors, updating the software to no avail. The fans themselves are going strong but the LEDs have all but died. Perhaps a bad bunch as I own 6 more of these and had no problems. Make sure to put your warranty in. Would still highly recommend as I'm sure it's simply a bad batch or a manufacturing fault.
