The lid is hinged for easy access and the front has spot to place a label if desired. Outer dimensions are 11x11x2 inches.     Poorly made, glue everywhere inside

This looks nice on the outside, but on the inside it was put together poorly.  There was dried glue everywhere and like oil smear marks.  Item was purchased new with factory seal.  I get the impression these are sealed before the manufacturer can inspect for poor work?  The idea is nice though, and the little clear boxes it comes with are great for extra organizing, which is why I gave it two stars.
