A: It looks and feels authentic when i compared it to a piece at the store..i informed the store guy at tumi as well and he asked me to bring it to the store to verify but i haven't done that as yet.

**Q: Warranty on product ?**
A: No warranty, it is a second hand used product and you should not buy it. Better to buy from authorized/ official Tumi dealers

I use the Tumi laptop bag and wanted a backpack as I have started to travel for work. I was not too sure of the color at first but it’s really nice. One of the great advantages is the ability identify my bag among all the black Tumi bags of my colleagues. This is travel friendly and fits and easy to carry. I load it with a 13 inch MacBook IPad Air headphones and a lot of other accessories.
