The item works great and installs easy. Thank you customer service. I wish I could remember the lady who helped me with my problem so I can thank her at least by name. The stabilizer bar did not arrive with it. I called customer service had me one at my door the next morning. Thanks for a great product and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Well packaged and arrived on time. The kit was as described and went together easily. Instructions were detailed with all of the necessary steps for the installation.

4 stars because of the engineering that went in to it and the materials and construction of the product. For what you get though it's a bit pricey and don't forget to order the stabilizer bar that does not come with it but should. Installing the stuff that did come in the package was straightforward once you read the instructions which are in plain English with pictures and illustrations. you gotta drill through your bed in several places so you better read them instructions twice before you screw up your bed. Again not a hard job just take your time. Like I said the stabilizer does not come with it and I wish I know that when I ordered the package. Some say you don't need it and I would agree if I were just camping in parks and campgrounds but I'm going off road and on the beach with this rig and can't afford to have my camper rip off the truck over the first dune. When I went to order a stabilizer bar (another $60 the day I was installing the kit) Amazon said it would take just over a month to get it shipped. The kit only took a few days so WTF? I had a piece of 1 inch iron pipe laying around and enough tools to make a bar that would do the job. (measure very carefully if you plan on doing the same thing.) I'm sure any warranty on the kit was just voided as a result but whatever I got it on and it works. My advice is order the bar when you order the kit and give it time to arrive. It's worth the $60 not to mess around with it and I actually had to cut my bar twice to get it just right. The end result is great though (4 stars for engineering) it holds the camper very well and it looks well....you hardly notice it compared to under the truck frame bars I suppose I would buy this kit again I just with the bar came with it. Happy camping.

Easy install ,buy the cross tie bar with it otherwise if you try and add it later it wont work because your holes wont line up. Ask me how i know.

This is my second HappiJac camper tie-down system. It is much new & improved over the older version which was very good. Very well-engineered, unobtrusive and fairly easy to install. A moderate level of mechanical aptitude is needed and an understanding of how the system works is advised. Read the installation instructions all the way through prior to starting.

Used to connect my large Lance camper to an F-250, they work great. You do need to do some drilling, but pretty easy if you are handy.
