JLab JBuds Work Wireless Headset with Microphone - 60+ H Over Ear Bluetooth

I ordered this headphone approx. 9 months ago and have been using it every week since then. Almost daily. The comfort wearing it is great and I can easily use it for several hours at once. The microphone is easily hidable in the ear cub, which makes it great for using it as a simple headphone for music and so on too. You can pair it with 2 items and while in a webex meeting, you continue to hear the conference while your mobile is ringing, great! The battery life is incredible! Dozens of hours and then just recharge with the USB C cable of your mobile or laptop. Also a cable, which let's you attach the headphone to a 3.5mm jack is included. Works in every airplane, for instance. Try that with other nowadays earphones. Lately, one of my cushions started to come off. However, the people of jlab are super nice and without any issues, replace my headphones within 2 days (have to wait for the shipping though). I don't know, when I experienced such a helpful customer service last time! Overall, still happy with it. Great buy!

The headset is extremely comfortable and lightweight. It looks great, and it fits very nicely. The fact that you can remove the left ear cup is a very nice feature. However, the microphone on the headset I received did not work at all. I tried with several different devices and I was unable to get the microphone to function. It's a real shame, because the rest of the product is fantastic. But without a working microphone, the headset is of little use to me. I plan to return it and purchase another, in case I just got a defective item. Update: I have received the second headset, and the microphone appears to be fully functional. Hopefully it stays that way, because I really like this headset.

Bought this primarily for audio chat online. Although the sound quality whilst playing music is OK but watching videos the sound slowly drifts off-sync. to a point where video is finished and the audio is still playing. I have tried turning everything off and on again and rebooting devices to no avail. -The "Hear Yourself" feature just buzzes in my ears. -When using it for chat on apps like Skype or Wahtsapp, the audio for the other side keeps yo-yoing up and down and microphone cuts off momentarily at times. -Same problem as above on normal telephone conversation, which make it useless for talking on the phone and on apps which is the whole purpose of buying devices like this. I bought this as a bluetooth headset and it fails for that purpose. Listening to music only is OK (just OK, not great), but I didn't buy it for listening to music, otherwise much better and cheaper options were available. I have tried it on my mobile Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 5G and also laptop Zenbook Pro Duo UX582, both with excelent Audio drivers. Sending it back.

I can't say anything about any noise cancellation these might do, I use them at home, so background noise isn't an issue. What I *can* say, is that they are lightweight, and comfortable. I've been able to wear these for long periods of time, without overheating like I do with some headsets. The ear cups have soft foam covered with a cloth material, that seems to let the heat escape from your ears. I find the tear-drop shaped cups allow my ears to nestle into them (although they are described as "over ear"). Mileage will vary for people with big ears!! :-) I like that the microphone stick has a red light on it, when using the mute button on the right cup, so you have a visual cue that your microphone is muted - although this mute button function doesn't appear to work with Teams (in that the microphone can be muted on the hardware, but Teams will still show the microphone as "on"). Battery life seems good. Lasts at least a few weeks (on standby). I like that the left ear cup can be removed, so if you're like me, and tend to start talking louder when you're wearing a headset, you can listen to yourself and moderate your speaking volume! The wire connection to the ear cup is a tiny phono connector, which is a little bit fiddly to remove, but I'm tending to leave it in place anyway (because using it at home, rather than in an office). The sound is adequate (for voice calls and gaming). Reasonable bass in music, although vocals seem to be a bit thin. I don't think they would be regarded very highly by someone who looking for "good" headphones for music. But then, they aren't intended for that purpose. Good enough for YouTube and the like. I have also found that I have to bump the volume control up in Windows, to get to a loudness level similar to my other headsets. So the speaker drivers might be a little underpowered. The only real gripe I have, is that the ear cups have a habit of slipping (very slightly) downwards as I remove and replace them, so I find I have to readjust each time. Once they are on, they stay put, but it's a niggle. I have an AKG pair, with a separate headband and tensioner set up, that just go on without any such faff. I may find myself solving the issue with some tatically applied duct tape...

I was looking for wireless headphones with a physical mute button for MS Teams meetings and there’s not much to choose from. This had good enough reviews to give it a try Pros: Battery life is good. Mute button is great to have. Other participants in meetings say microphone is good. Basically does what it should. Cons: Not comfortable for long meetings. Uncomfortable over the ears and hot. Sound is not good enough to use the single earpiece in a busy office, so I have to have both earpieces on. Then it’s OK, but (good or bad depending on your needs) cuts out most surrounding noise. Whilst it has a separate mute button and allegedly for a phone would answer/hang up a call by flipping the mic up and down, it’s not integrated with MS Teams so I have to control mute/meeting attendance with the app on my laptop as well as the headset. It’s annoying but I’m getting used to it.

I purchased these for work use where a large portion of the day is spent on Teams calls. These work brilliantly, with very clear sound, colleagues have commented on how clear I sound and they connect instantly for calls. Switching them on first thing and leaving them on all day, they only needed recharging after two weeks. One very minor negative point, putting them on mute doesn't reflect on Teams.

Really nice pair of headphones with good sound and various features for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, I had to return mine because the multipoint was simply too unpredictable and temperamental. I own a pair of Jabra Elite 75t, but I was looking for an over-ear headset as having something jammed in your ear for most of the day just isn't very comfortable. Because I use both, a laptop and phone, I use multipoint quite a lot. Having just one pair of headphones that is connected to both devices at the same time, and being able to switch seamlessly between a zoom call or a Youtube video on a laptop back to music (or phone call) on my phone is great. Unfortunately, with these headphones when you want to go back to listening to music on your phone after a zoom call on your laptop, the audio just doesn't switch.

Been using these JBuds Work headphones for nearly 6 months now, mostly for Teams meetings, and they’ve been spot-on. Setup was easy, and daily use has been smooth sailing. I love how you can mute quickly using the button on the earcup, and flipping the mic up ends the call—super intuitive. Only minor thing: if you mute using the headset, Teams doesn’t show it as muted, which can be a bit misleading. Not a big deal, but worth knowing. The connection’s been great—I’ve walked around the house without any dropouts, and switching between my laptop and phone is hassle-free. Battery life is solid too. I get about a week out of it, even with a semi-packed schedule of calls most days. Comfort’s decent. You can remove one earcup, which makes longer meetings way more bearable—plus I don’t feel like I’m shouting just to hear myself! No issues with hot ears or discomfort, even after a couple of hours. Sound quality is nice and clear, and people on the other end have always heard me fine. Only downside I’ve noticed is the headband starting to fray. Looks a bit tatty now, which I didn’t expect this soon—hoping it doesn’t get worse. Overall, great value and super practical for work stuff. Just wish the build quality matched the rest.

After using it for 1 week below are my observations- Pros :- 1:- Premium Build 2:- 60+ Hours battery Backup,One time charge and i will be sorted for 1 week team meetings. 3:- Multiple Mode allows you to connect with PC and Mobile at same time. 4:- Great Bluetooth range connectivity. 5:- Nice Noise Cancellation 6:- Good Sound Output Cons :- 1:- Bit heavy due to big battery i guess.

It doesn’t switch between bluetooth profiles automatically. You can’t talk if you pickup Teams call when you were listening to music.

I was looking for a general use headphone with great noise canceling capabilities for home office, and I can say this ones have it all... Noice canceling microphone - This mic is extremely good for noise canceling, I performed several tests by putting high music close to me, also people talking to me and this mic filtered all the noise from the outside and only sent what i was talking. Comfort - really good, i work home office and have REALLY long meetings, and these ones have stood up, even though my ears sweat after some time. Durability (battery) - Maybe they don't last this 60 hours, but honestly, if i can pass through a whole week with 6+ hours daily use, you don't need anything else. Sound - really nice sound if you want to use it for watching movies or listening to music, very good bass. Overall these are one of the most versatile headphones I've got, also these headphones feel so durable and very good quality built, is like metal and plastic all over. 7 days pretty heavy duty on and off work still on 50%. Some cons i've found: - Mute button sound can be heard on the other side of the call. - In my case the ears get sweaty a few hours after using it (maybe summer issues, my country is pretty hot) - They don't feel so comfy after some time using them. - They got disconnected once while on a meeting, but nothing frequently. - When i use only one pad, i get headache, i think maybe my head is to big and the small foam presses my head too tight. These are some minor things i wanted to point for the people that will buy them so that you know what to expect, since anything is perfect, i anyway think these are really great headphones, really good sound for work and for personal stuff (movies and music), great battery life, comfy, and best of all, good microphone noise isolation. I will give them 5 stars for the price, build quality, microphone and versatility. Update (14 dec 2022): 4 months have passed, and these ones are still holding up really really good, i went on 10 hours+ flights, used them in many different environments, and they have responded really well. My company gave me jabra evolve 65 MS, which cost more than x2 this headphones, however i still prefer the Jlab's, i strongly suggest these headphones over many others.
