Great bread, flour

I bought the very expensive King Arthur t thinking it would be better. Horrible flavor. I had to throw away my bread and the whole bag of flour. I like t his brand, too, because the bag is really good. Nothing got in or out and it works very good for the couple of days uts frozen to kill any future bugs I know. I know. Don't think about it or you'll starve to deafh

I love this flour! The price is amazing and it has done me well with make from scratch breads! I tried another flour and it did not have my breads turn kid as they usually do. I will be sticking with this flour.

This organic, unbleached flour is a yummy, high-quality favorite for breads, cookies and cakes, pies, etc. It's performance and flavor are reliable and delicious. This was a good buy--Would purchase again!

This is great. We go through so much flour in our house and this makes it more affordable than buying at our local grocery store. Plus it comes straight to our house and my baking is consistent using the same brand all the time!

I love the Bob's Red Mill products! This is flour I can eat, one of only two flours that does not make me cough! I have a bad wheat allergy, so I was glad to have found this! I made homemade pizza with it the other night, and I never coughed once! I would highly recommend it to anyone with a wheat allergy!

Love this flour but there was some flour bugs at the top of every bag. I ended up opening from bottom & scooping out and then freezing. Only a small amount of flour was lost. Would purchase again. This is a great value and I love this brand for making sourdough!
