G & F Products Leather Work Gloves for Construction, Gardening and General Work

Just what I was looking for at a great price. I tend to get these grimed up and the five pack will last a while and give me a clean pair for handling new wood. Comfortable and fit well. Heavy enough to protect (mainly against splinters for me) but subtle enough to feel what you are carrying. Although you cannot really do any detail work with them like some expensive ones.

These gloves are very strong! Very convenient for heavy work use! I bought a pack of five because being that I’m a flatbed truck driver I’ve been using these type of gloves for years especially working with heavy chains, straps and other heavy equipment but I’ve never bought a very strong pair of gloves until I purchased these! So I bought an extra pack of five just for assurance that I will always have great gloves on standby! You won’t regret this purchase!

Overall I am very pleased. I have huge "man hands" but tiny wrists, so the cuffs on these gloves allow all sorts of stuff to fall into the gloves. Not a big deal, but I'm thinking of adding some elastic. When I first put them on I nearly gave up and returned them because they are VERY, VERY stiff. It was impossible to use any power tools which required pressing a button and a lever at the same time because they just wouldn't bend. After a few hours they softened up and I am now very pleased with them. When the first pair wears out and I have to break in a second I will probably swear a lot, but I'd much rather have stiff gloves than sliced up hands from brambles.

I bought these and a set with the extra palm protection. These have been great so far, even though the insides of these types of gloves are a little rough at some of the seams. These have been so great that I don't have a current need for the extra protection ones. Excellent price.

So... I normally buy these at the bargain store for $2.50. They last about a month. They were out so I went and paid $20 for 2 pair at a farm store. I was pissed but paid it because the owner said they are much better than the cheap ones. After a month, they were still good. One pair lasted 11 months! I was in shock because I drive a truck and beat these gloves pretty bad. I also wash them every week so my hands don't smell like feet!! LOL I needed to buy gloves and the farm store was gone so I searched Amazon for these gloves. I bought these because they are medium priced. Holy crap they are great! My first pair lasted 9 months. I still wash them every week. The cloth parts disappear after 4 months but the gloves are perfect. Small hole in the finger after 9 months. These are great working gloves and worth every penny!! No it's not a paid review and they never contacted me. I'm snowed in and bored!!

What can I say their leather work gloves they work as intended I’d buy them again

They don't last too long but if you need a good supply of OK work gloves they do the job

I do a lot of work outside, as well as some minor constructions projects in my house. I use gloves most of the time to protect my fingers and hands, and these gloves are part of every project. I've seen identical gloves in many places, especially hardware shops, but I find buying them here in a pack is a lower price-per-pair (of course prices fluctuate so this may not always be true). The gloves are a bit stiff the first few times you wear them, but they quickly break in and become quite comfortable. They are thick enough to keep hands warm in cooler weather, and provide good protection for my hands. I wear these gloves till they start to fall apart, which takes a while, and I like having extras on hand to keep pairs in the car, basement, garage, and so on.
