Raw shungite water stones set

I add these to my Berkey to remineralize filtered drinking water. No noticeable difference in taste, but peace of mind I’m still getting much needed natural minerals.

I got these to put in my clay Walter filter, as the water was tasting very dull and lifeless.. adding these to my drinking water has improved the flavor immensely, it now tastes fresh .

I have place this in a cute bowl beside my bed to help cut down on EMF's. I have placed it on my desk at work along with my grounding/earting mat since I am on my computer all day. I also, keep the stones in my cup and drink fresh water everyday. The Karelian Shungite is the best and the price is awesome for the amount of stone you get per bag.

Perfect for my needs

I bought a pair of pitchers with lids and use one then the other, filling when empty. Great tasting water without the plastic residue of plastic jugs.

I purchased both the raw shungite and the elite shungite, to compare the product. I knew going in that the elite shungite is the premium product, and that twice as much regular shungite would be needed to purify water. I liked that the raw shungite is a fraction of the cost, so I figured I may as well spend a *little* more and have both! Well.... It is absolutely worth mentioning that – What you save in dollars, is sacrificed in TIME spent cleaning the stones. <Insert frustration sigh here> The package instructs that one simply "rinses" before the first use. Not that simple. The dust is excessive and does not simply rinse clean. Each individual stone must be gently scrubbed with a soft bristle toothbrush under running water, and then wiped clean with a white cloth to ensure that all traces of dust are cleaned from the stones prior to using them. This is a long tedious process, and not one that I would look forward to repeating. It's taken 3 hours just to properly clean HALF of the fifteen-dollar package. Note: I confirmed through conduction that the product is genuine shungite. With that said however, the additional prep-work involved may be something to consider. For me personally, the added work (along with the less superior carbon content) is a lesson learned.

So I put this in a copper dispenser filled with R.O. water. My ice cubes began towering. Thus shungite is legit.

I rarely write negative reviews and it is with reluctance I do so. However these stones are not at all like other shungite I have purchased for water purification. They are very dull and dusty, and despite giving them the best chance I could , I have been rinsing and soaking them for almost 2 weeks, the water is still dark and the stones leave a black stain on my fingers when I handle them. I would not want to drink any water they have been in. I have used shungite from another source for several years now and this has never been an issue before. I feel like these are chunks of coal not shungite.
