I could tell this product came new but may have been sitting in not so good condition so these streaks of red are likely a sign of that. I tried to mix the product to see if it was something that would be fixed over time but no. Despite loving the product, I don’t think it’s safe for me to put on my skin which is already hella sensitive. But I can’t make a return on it in its condition and there’s no option online to get a replacement so I’m making a review instead. I like the elf concealers more than the dermablend products I had been using but I’ll have to spend more money to replace this 😵‍💫 Elf is killing the game when it comes to drugstore makeup so maybe it’s just the seller.
