This helps me with heartburn at times. There are times when nothing is going to help and I cannot take any calcium heartburn medications. This product does help and the aspirin doesn't irritate my stomach that much. I have to limit aspirin to almost zero but there are times when I must have it. The aspirin in this product so far has not caused problems except an upset stomach a couple of times because I took it two days in a row. The flavor is nice and it does work when it can work for me. I say this because there are times when nothing will help my heartburn (two different conditions that require surgery, as well as my medications causes heartburn) so I suffer. I suffer so badly that the heartburn swells the tissues in my throat and chest and feels as if I've been beaten in those areas. It is very painful and can last for days to over a week. It is difficult to find something that actually stops the heartburn and due to one of my conditions, there are times when no matter what I use nothing will help and the doctor told me that too. I also take Apple Cider Vinegar/Water daily or herbal heartburn products also and although I do stand by them, there are times they can't help due to my conditions. I always keep Alka-Seltzer heartburn on hand and would recommend.

Even though this is just simple bicarbonate of soda, it is reliable and easy to use, worth it completely for the convenience. I can't live without this stuff. I will say, the product doesn't taste as pleasant as it used to. They have reduced the lemon-lime flavoring or something. That's too bad. I can't find this (without the aspirin) in my store, so I have to buy it online, and I will continue to do so.

This does the trick when I need it to.

Tastes like sprite without the syrup, works for my heartburn.

Works great. I can't take antacid with pain relievers.
