Each box has two refills, so in total there are four refill bags/tubes or whatever you call them! **Q: Do these fit the dekor classic?** A: Yes. Works really well, highly recommend this system. **Q: Are these the plastic bags?** A: Yes, it is plastic, but not individual bags. Its one sheath of plastic, when you tie off the bottom it becomes "a bag". When full you pull enough plastic to cut and tie the top and you have a "bag". The pail has a "cutter" built in.
