This seller is very concerned about the customer being happy so I applaud him/her for that. That's what I call customer service. So I do recommend this seller, just make absolutely sure that your vehicle is compatible. I ordered this for my 2013 Mercedes C250 which was listed as a compatible vehicle. However, once I received the item and plugged it in, the car stereo says nothing connected. I mean if the audio plug is plugged into the audio jack of my phone or MP3 player, it should recognize sound coming in.
