The Label Wizard is a label application tool designed to easily and consistently label small container projects. It provides a simple, portable, and reliable means to manually pre-position square or rectangular "peel and stick" pressure sensitive labels to transfer to round bottles or jars. Amish crafted in the USA, Label Wizard labelers are the original and still the best. Review: Just bought our 2nd Label Wizard! - I am a home winemaker and now we have two labeling stations to speed the bottling process. The Wizard works great! It always ensures a consistent height and a straight label. For Burgundy bottles (sloped), we use the control to position the labels lower on the bottle. For Bordeaux bottles, we raise the label up a bit since the sides are straight. Simple device, but ingenious! Review: Good product - I wish they make a smaller version bc I have large to small bottles that I apply labels but you can still use it on small bottles as well.I would recommend this products, Iโm able to apply my labels in a consistent straight fashion now.

One of my best wine making accessories !!
This labeler guide is a fantastic product but was a little awkward in initially getting the label positioned so I added an end registration tab, that you push the label against while also aligning with the back wall of the label holder. This eliminates the need to get a finger there and you don't need to carefully eyeball things either as it is now all automatic. The added tab also makes an excellent indicator for the location on the ruler indicating the distance from the bottom of the bottle. This addition speeds things up notably and sure makes things go smoother and easier. ken b

My label wizard wasnโt square
So, I like the idea. I think the concept is pretty neat. The item was well put together except it wasnโt square, so when I put the label next to the red line, the labels are off slightly, resulting in my 8 inch labels to be off drastically by the time the ends meet. The worksmanship would have to be so precise, I just donโt see this working for many people. Iโve been counting on it to come through for me because Iโve been eyeing it for a while. If you decide to go ahead and purchase, have a back up plan.

It's a block of wood for $70 that doesn't always work well
First of all, it's insanely expensive for what it does. $70 range for a block of wood that is supposed to line up stickers. Mine never worked correctly and I did everything right. I had the correct measurements and lined up the stickers to the edges as per instructions. I carefully applied the label to the jar, and each time was a different result. Some were straight, often times I wasted ink and labels ripping them off because it wasn't. And the times that I did get "good enough" results from this, I compared my jars side-by-side and they weren't consistent in terms of placement on the jar. Now for following instructions and watching how-to videos, I don't understand how it goes so poorly. I am returning because it's better to guess and not pay such a large fee for inaccuracy.

Works but pricey
It works well. Easy to use. But it's pretty pricey for what it is.

Almost perfect
More like 4.5 stars because the label we use for our glass jars wouldnโt stick well enough on the black area. The label ends up moving or lifting up very easily, causing the labeling to be crooked. Still purchased three of these for the office because we figured out a way to hold the label down with extra pressure and making sure the jar does not move. If done correctly, the labels are indeed straight, and always positioned in the same location that you set for consistency. Would prefer better adhesion. Almost perfect.
