Unfortunately the grill is not completely flat, which is not ideal on induction.

Puts Tasty Brown Lines on Our Steak, Burgers and Salmon
I first used this iron grill on our barbecue, but it left it discoloured. Tired of the wind and smoke I brought it indoors and now use it on our gas hob where it performs sterling service. After allowing it to heat up to an insane temperature it cooks steak perfectly and imparts the brown lines that for some reason make it taste better.
