OEM quality.
Fits to OEM spec. Mine was damaged/cracked when it came in and they made it right and shipped me a new one at no cost to me. Great people to do business with. 10/10 recommend. Definitely use your screws from your original valance because the ones that come in it are a bit smaller than the OEM screws.
