Hay Sampler Box, Timothy, Oat & Orchard, 4 Types | Try 2nd & 3rd Cutting Timothy, Oat Hay & Orchard Grass, For Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Chinchillas & Small Pets

My number 1 hay choice was always 2nd cut Timothy Hay from Small Pet Select, but recently (the past 5 boxes), every batch has been straw/ pointy like needles, has had dried up bugs.. and I end up having to throw out half of it. This sampler box has been a life saver! This is now my 3rd order and I have had no problems! It's a nice variety for my picky girl and is so fresh. She actually eats 99% of the box, there is much less dust than some other hay bought in stores, and is definitely worth the money! I top it off with a handful of their Gourmet Hay and it's the perfect mix. Highly recommend!

this is the only hay I buy now . It's super fresh. It's not dusty at all and my rabbit loves it. He loved the alfalfa hay when he was little and I got this variety box when he got a little bit older to figure out which kind of hay he liked, but he seemed to like all of it pretty much equally so I keep buying the variety pack so he gets all different kinds. He really does love the seeds of the oat. Hey, it is on the pricey side, but for the quality and not having it be dusty as well as having no insects nothing crazy in the boxes and everything delivered on time it's a great product.

This hay is extremely fresh, packed in a very tidy manner (even rows, almost laid out like matchsticks!), and is SO abundant. SO MUCH HAY IN THIS BOX--like, I was a month into this box and felt like I'd barely made a dent, and I give them tons per day. It smells SO good and fresh - I am a huge fan. This is both high quality AND quantity.

My bunny loves this sampler box. Though the oat is his favorite. Little dust, always appears fresh and smells fine. When I have gotten to the bottom of the box, I add forage materials into the hay for a big box of fun!

The first box of hay we got was perfect! We got equal amounts of each kind of nice, fresh, hay, as advertised, and most importantly, all of our bunnies absolutely loved it. We were able to get our stubborn bun to eat it, which was the goal, as he refuses to eat hay. All three buns really enjoyed the oat hay, but, ate a little of everything, every time. The problem was in the second box we ordered. There was little to no oat hay, there were mass quantities of what looked like saw dust/pulverized hay, and our buns really didn't want anything to do with this box. It really didn't seem fresh, and the bunnies could tell. It was like they were scraping the bottom of the barrel to fill this box. Unfortunately, it wound up in the trash after some time of our bunnies refusing to eat it.

So much bigger than I thought. This will last my sweet bun months. He definitely seems to have a favorite. I’m so glad I got this sampler to see which one he likes best!

This was the most expensive box of hay I’ve ever bought, but I love my rabbits and didn’t want a box of spoiled moldy dried out hay with bugs. I want quality & don’t want to take them to the vet for something that can be avoided. True, the box had fresh green hay which lasted a long time since my buns are very small. I would recommend.

My buns actually loved all 4 of the different kinds of hay in this box. I know a lot of bunnies are specific as to what kind of hay they like. Having all 4 allows you to see which they prefer. For us we put out 2 different kinds every day so this box has gone a long way. Thank you for offering the sampler and we love pet select. Color of all are great. Value for coat is good. I have 2 house bunnies who are spoilt rotten because they are soooo darn cute! I buy this sampler box by small pet select occasionally when my buns seem bored by their usual hay and I want to encourage them to eat more of it. The box is packed with premium hay of various types that smells like walking in a summer meadow and excites my furry friends. I open the box and let them at it. It invariably encourages their hay appetite and does a great job of reminding them of how good hay is for them. I like the box as it is easy to store away between feeding sessions and select the various hays. It also keeps the hay fresh. The hay I have received has always been fresh with plenty of variety and good thick stems, no dust at all. The colour is good. Recommended for all your spoiled buns!

Loved the way it was packaged So easy to chose which variety my rabbits were having and liked the best. Four excellent varieties.

We've had our boy for almost three weeks and he wasn't keen on eating hay. I ordered this sampler box as a last resort. It's a nice selection of great quality hay: orchard, oat, 2nd cut timothy and 3rd cut timothy. They look and smell lovely, you can tell it's a high quality product - I wish I had taken a photo when I received it, now after all the hopping it's a bit of a mess 🐇. The box is stuffed with hay, so you actually get a lot of it! Our bunny jumped right in and started munching on 3rd cut timothy - honestly, I couldn't believe my eyes. Since then he's been eating at least two solid bowls of hay a day (for some reason he's more eager to eat it if it's in a bowl.. 😂). AMAZING. What a great purchase. If your bunny is picky with their hay I definitely recommend giving it a try - ours likes only 3rd cut timothy but I'm glad we found something he's happy to munch on! V fast delivery, well-packed, hand written note in the box which is always a nice touch ☺️ well worth the money.

Hay came in a cardboard box,with a lovely message handwriting on the inner lid. No plastic packaging in sight. Big plus point no 1 The selection of hay smells and looks amazing. Fresh and green,our 2 piggies agree and enjoy their daily dose of this wonderful hay. Our boar is like a very cute vacuum cleaner and our girl is a mini diva and fussy eater. Both munch and crunch their way through the selection of 2nd and 3rd cut Timothy hay, orchard hay and oat hay. Well worth the money and makes the whole room smell like a fragrant field.

I bought this as I recently adopted two chinchillas. The foster carer had been feeding them meadow hay, but they didn’t seem to be eating much of it. I decided to take the plunge and get them this selection box to see what they actually liked. Every single type of hay was a hit! The hay itself is of such a very high quality, was amazingly fresh and smelled gorgeous! Even the courier who delivered it, commented on how fresh it smelled and how it reminded him of Summer. I am so happy I bought this. I will slowly wean them off the straw looking meadow hay and will only be buying from this company from now on. I cannot recommend this enough. It was exactly as pictured and worth every penny!
