Taste good and did the job

The tablets are of great flavour, actually tastes like apple, the tabs takes a minute or twl to dissolve. Gives a nice boost in the mornings. The tabs come in a tube perfect for handbag or case, good value for money

Was advised by my gym instructor to take these. Have been using for a year, not sure if can see any difference, but I like the taste of the apple one and normally put it in half a bottle of a 500ml water and have it in the afternoon. I find it refreshing.

I would give these a 5, The only reason I gave them a 4 is because I have only had them 3 times which I don’t think I can know for certain is. I love this product so far, I get a bit of a pain in my stomach with many of the fizzy electrolyte brands and I briefly bought the powder that doesn’t fizzle when it gets put into the water. I still try other brands hence why I purchased this.. And to be honest when I noticed that these were apple flavour that won me over almost immediately.. This product has not given me any tummy pains or any problems at all. I have had this on an empty stomach and I have had it while I am still digesting food in my stomach too. They smell like a crisp green apple when the tube is opened before they are put in the water. The smell is a little less when it is ready to drink.. the apple taste when you drink it is really nice!

Best cheapest way to rehydrate...I work at a hotel that has the premiership Football contract for accommodation. I noted this is what the physio s put out for the players . It's that good they all use it .
