So happy it actually came in the box. I wish it had come with a digital tuner like the other bundle, but it wasn't a huge bother as we found one to download on our phone. Being new to it, I'm not sure if the strings coming out of tune rather easy is my error or a guitar error, but it isn't bothersome.I was surprised as to how much nicer the guitar looked in person than it does in the photo.If you're thinking of buying one to get started, I recommend this one! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Guitar came pretty banged up *by S***E on November 2, 2024* It's a good thing I am mostly concerned about sound and playability cause the looks were pretty bad. Didn't include a gash in the head stock in pics. Description said scratches and scrapes in the back. The worse was in the front.I will keep it's, a great sounding guitar that plays easily. But they need to watch their merchandise a lot better. And there was no strap inside.BUT as as far as the Fender FA-115 goes, it is a FANTASTIC guitar in sound, playability, and even looks (except mine- LOL on looks) I highly recommend the FA-115 guitar. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but I just bought 2 cases and still feel like I came out ahead *by W***E on January 21, 2018* got as gift for 17year old for Christmas. When he opened it Christmas there was no case for it as shown in the picture. I contacted Amazon support and they immediately sent a replacement and told me to keep the one I already had as a backup. The 2nd one also didn't have a case, but I just bought 2 cases and still feel like I came out ahead.
