This has been the best parchment I have used for my sourdough baking. The package for the parchment sheets keeps the sheets neat and protected. I’ve purchased these a couple of times so far and they have proven to be consistently ideal for my breads, cookies, biscuits, etc.

I love this parchment paper! It’s the only one that I found that is true to its word – – it does not stick at 450° and I actually reuse the paper for two or three times when I bake bread and and line the Dutch oven with this fantastic paper!

I ordered the 8x8 parchment baking sheets and they are perfect for my use and the quality is great. I only give 4 stars because the box opening was not perforated and I had to rip the box to get it open.

I was thrilled to find half sheet size printed macaron parchment paper. I teach macaron classes and Katbite Macaron Parchment Templates are so easy to use. Students don’t have to worry about paper templates sliding around under their parchment paper when piping. The macarons easily release from the parchment when baked and make a beautiful bottom ready for filling. I don’t plan to go back to paper templates under sheets of parchment. Katbite macaron parchment templates are far superior for making macarons. Even first time macaron bakers are successful! Will definitely be buying more!

The parchment paper did start to turn dark and become brittle at 500 degrees but otherwise worked great!

This works like magic, they came folded inside their box but I opened them and put a tray over them and 10kg weight on top and they became straight again and my macarons baked perfectly no issue using this parchment paper HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
