The drawbacks are the operating noice and the immensely bright display that gives away the whole operation should they stick their heads in at night. Holds most bottles but, make sure you don’t have a fat bottomed container.

This is a great product until it doesn't work. We've re[laved it twice after the first one would not set a temperature (light keeps blinking and temperature won't change or set). After the third one just did what happened with the previous two, will not be purchasing again! It's a great unit for 6 months to up to a year, but obviously there's a design defect in the unit which allows condensation to affect the thermostat in the unit for regulating temperature. So sorry, as we loved the unit until it stops working, ergo the repurchases. Unfortunately no more.

I bought several of these! They worked great for months. Two then failed. One email to customer service and within a couple of days new ones were on my doorstep!! Wow great customer service!

I originally did not give this a good review because I had no luck contacting the company. My chiller Quit cooling after three months. But after my review, they got in touch and offered a replacement. They believe in their product and asked I give it another chance. We did love the chiller. It was perfect to keep the wine at the right temperature and so convenient for pouring more. It is also the perfect gift for wne lovers

this cooler died after a few uses, Amazon returns have now had this item for a month now and have been refusing to acknowledge that they have it. up until today! now they say they did have it all along but they still want me to jump through a million hoops to prove that I sent the item? Amazon are the worst for customer support or returns, today I have spoken with 24!!! staff via chat and I keep getting rerouted to a "specialist that can help me better" "In this case I will transfer you to appropriate department, please stay connected" "Please stay connected. This is a great product, my only complaint is that I like my whites and rose quite colder, I guess maybe too cold, so the lowest temp I could get mine down to was 5 degrees Celsius which still isn't cold enough for me (a "me" problem not an issue with the chiller) I just wish I could make it ice-y cold hence the 4 stars. I do like that you could take it camping or to a drive in as you just need a car adapter plug in, would be cool for a beach day if your car isn't too far away to walk to the chiller lol.
