Mauna Melamine Plastic Dinnerware Set, Service for 4 (12pcs), Red Rustic

Really attractive, nice color, easy to clean, perfect for our camping table.

These are nice and light so they can be taken on picnics and outside. They are good for all ages. The baby drops them on the floor and they are sturdy enough to take it. The color is deep, rich and attractive. They look like stoneware and it's almost a surprise when you pick them up and they're light.

I've had another set in blue for over 10 years. I've never had a chip, break or any issues. Exactly what I want. My old set has had zero complications. I decided to buy this set primarily for my upgrade in color. Aesthetics. I use in microwave VERY little and i use for less then a minute. Note: Microwaves have different strengths, mine is low. I've ONLY ever washed my set by hand. I cant currently review long-term use for current set, but as long as materials to make dish set haven't changed, I'm sure with proper care, these will out last me. I'm currently middle-aged lol. I will update should anything change. So currently I'm giving a 5 star review and recommendation. *in regards to color: If you're looking for absolute pure white, this is not. Against solid white there is a very slight pink hue in this set. However it's so slight and with its crackled appearance, and with my distressed farmhouse kitchen theme, its NOT a big deal to me. Could potentially be to someone else.

I ordered these because I have been looking for melamine dishes for awhile and wanted a set that had service pieces and ordered the matching dinnerware. My neighbor has a set which is very realistic. You cannot tell by looking at them that they are not ceramic. These are not that! They are thinner than I expected so clearly appear plastic. They are, however, nice and light weight. They are nice big platters! They are very easy to clean because of the glossy surface. They arrived in excellent condition; no chips, broken pieces, or scratches. I have only had them for a few days, so I can’t speak to durability yet. I ordered these because I wanted casual easy dishes to use anytime, even with guests. These do fit that bill and I am keeping them. They are nice looking. I think the price point is spot on for what you get, they are great for casual dining on your couch, look nice enough to use with friends.

The only thing I DON'T like about this set is that they are only dishwasher safe if put in the top rack. Obviously, the plates don't fit but, since there are only the two of us, it's really no problem to hand-wash them. I love the color, durability and weight. Hated my old stoneware. Since the set is only four settings, I'll buy another. Highly recommend them.

These plates are really nice to look at but on the flimsy side. I should have realized they were not ceramic plates, which is my preference. You can’t microwave these plates. Just an FYI

Works as expected & looks great

My kids are at that age where they've outgrown toddler plates, but still can't be trusted with porcelain plates (they're clumsy and toss their dishes in the sink). I bought these since they look nice, but won't break as easily as my nice dinner plates. Very happy with the quality. I have used melamine plates before, so I knew what to expect from them. These are better quality than other melamine plates I've seen. Bowls are very generous size. My only complaint is that the lip of the plate is very wide, so you can't fit as much food on it as other plates. Other than that, I'm very happy with the plates. Got a great price through Amazon warehouse deals. Note: they say dishwasher safe top rack only. I don't believe the dinner plates would fit in any dishwashers top rack. I'm a rebel, so I wash them on the bottom rack, as I did my other melamine plates. No issues so far!

I wasn't going to open this box as I was going to use these plates for my vintage camper next summer.. LUCKY I decided to open. When I opened the box a plate had a big piece missing out of it.. I called amazon as I was disspointed as I like the "look" of the plates. I looked in the box and Couldn't find the piece. I advised amazon of the problem and wanted to order another one, said they would note it and I will let them know if I receive another damaged one. Upon looking more, I am thinking this came like this from the Manufacture. As where is the piece.. I did notice others said they received broken plates.. I did send an email to the manufacture on instagram as a "courtesy" with a picture.. but they were not too concerned.. until I said I was a small business owner and its a quality inspection thing before going out. I will see what my new set is like and packed like.. Just thought I would let you know. The supplier should be packing these better IMO I had a hard time reviewing this.. as I don't know if they are durable? it was broken.. I can say they "look nice".. we'll see how they hold up and I will update as time goes on!

São lindos, leves, generosos de tamanho e seguros de usar. Aprovado com as crianças e idosos da família. Pena, que não dá para ir ao micro-ondas. Parece de cerâmica, fica bonito na arrumação da mesa, principalmente na área externa da casa.
