She and her spouse are both predominately coffee drinkers, but her sister had gifted her some tea. So, I drank this tea and was blown away by the taste. I nearly finished the entire pack, it was so good. And, since I can't really consume too much caffeine anymore, the low caffeine content was perfect for me. I was so obsessed with it that I took a photo of the package so I could order my own. When I got back to my home though, I realized the photo I took was blurry and I could only make out the words "Madagascar Coconut." I thought my friend had said hers was from a Black owned company as well. So I scoured the Internet looking for this tea, but the only company I could find that sold the type of leaves I thought I saw in my friend's tea was Maya Tea. The Madagascar Coconut name fit, but it would really come down to the taste. When it arrived, I was so pleased. The company is not Black owned which is a bummer but IT'S THE PERFECT MATCH to what I had at my friend's home. The coconut flavor is delicious and buttery. It gives me a nice mellow boost while also being soothing. I love it. Every night, I open the bag of loose leaf tea and brew myself a cup. The first thing that stood out to me was the handy instructions on how to brew the tea on the label. I am not a tea expert so this helped tremendously!! The next thing that stood out to me was the beautiful colors in the tea. The chamomile flowers were mixed with blue and green tea leaves and the whole experience brewing the tea and smell was incredible!
