Good value for the cost, I use it for my Train Set to reach further over the layout and have two hands free. I don't think it is suitable for industrial applications. There should some information about the recommend people weight restriction. My weight 195 Lbs and I should have no problems. Keep in mind, the cost for an industrial unit is at least 10 to 10 1/2 times more. So, I am OK with it.
