**Q: Do you need to tap the screw hole after drilling in the stainless steel rail in order to use the screws provided with the posts?**
A: Thanks for your question. Yes, we recommend that you first drill the holes in the handrail with a 5/32" drill bit. Then tap the threads in the hole with a 3/16" screw. Finally, put the 3/16" screw in.

**Q: what is the cable spacing?  Does it meet US code 4-3/8" and  R311-312?**
A: The cable spacing is 3inch.

**Q: I see ha33 b4 to post the end straight into a wall; however, i'd like to post beside a wall so that i can use for support down. is this possible?**
