The Best popcorn popper under $120. It pops delicious popcorn and is easy to use. I wipe it clean with a paper towel between popping sessions. It takes more than one session to pop enough popcorn for a few people. It’s super fun and looks cool. The pic is after about 5 sessions of popping. It took about 10 minutes total. Keep it clean and remove all old kernels and it will work great! Buy this one. I did a ton of research. The shipping takes about a week longer than estimated time. They ship UPS and they only get a pick up once a week.

This is my second nostalgia hot oil popper. I downsized from the big one to a tabletop version to save on room (that and the fact I loan my other one out so much I never have it). It’s smaller than I had hoped, but looks good. Only con was the small window crack in the center of the door. However, hearing some of the issues others had, I considered myself lucky. BTW. Best recipe: coconut oil, Flavacol seasoning (here on Amazon) and your favorite popcorn. Drop the kernels and a scoop or two of seasoning into your hot oil and you’re good to go. Movie theater popcorn everytime!

Let's start with the good. -It's an honest goodness popcorn machine for $70. And it really does work nicely. I was able to come close to recreating popcorn from a local carousel. -You can just store it in a closet or on top of the fridge when not in use. We don't have a space where a popcorn maker wouldn't look out of place, so being able to not have it out when we're not using it is nice. -I expected cleaning this thing to be a huge pain, and it is a bit of a process but it's not nearly as bad as I thought. You take out the kettle, you fill it with water and a little bit of soap and let it sit and then you rinse. You just have to be careful because there are electronics. And I find you may also have to knock out some popcorn that gets lodged under the mechsnism, which isn't hard to do. On the plus side, unlike some others, the plug detaches from the kettle so you don't have to manage a cord as you're washing that. The inside of the unit you take care of with a damp sponge and soft towel. Don't even need soap. -It is super cute. I love that even though it's a tabletop model, it has decorative wheels that evoke a proper popcorn cart. Instead of feeling like somebody took the popcorn machine off of its stand, it feels like someone hit a full popcorn cart with a shrink ray. And for some dumb reason that matters to me. Chibi popcorn cart! Now things I'm not crazy about. -It is a cheap machine and it feels cheap to the point of feeling flimsy. Of course at this price point you are not going to get a professional grade machine. But the wheels feel like they want snap off. They haven't but they feel like they want to. The little drawer feels incredibly fragile. Everything about this machine says handle With care. -There's no tray system to manage unpopped kernels or facilitate cleaning. On larger machines there's usually holes in at least one part of the floor through which unpop kernels can fall and stay out of your popcorn buckets. this machine does not have a setup like this so when you're done you have to get those unpopped kernels out of theree. I think a good idea may be to put down a sheet of aluminum foil so that after you scooped out the popcorn you can just fold the sheet a couple of times and just take out the unpop kernels with along with that. -I would have appreciated it if the cord were two feet longer. If you're using it on your kitchen counter where there's likely to be outlets about that same level this probably will not be a hindrance. If you want to use it on your kitchen table or a coffee table in the living room, you're probably going to need an extension cord. It's just a minor annoyance. I highly recommend investing in some butter flavored coconut oil and flavacal if your goal is to recreate a movie theater, and it probably is.

This is a great machine. We've used it a few times and everything works properly. Yes the cleaning can be a little tricky but it's not a pain. We get excited everytime we use it for movie night! We've been recommended to use coconut oil. We like to add some sea salt and butter oil to the popcorn as toppings. It's so good!

I miss going to the movies and getting a bucket of popcorn. (My husband has Leukemia so with COVID-19 and now the Delta variant it look like it’s going to be awhile). This machine is easy to use. It only takes a few minutes to warm up and then it takes a few minutes per batch. After we are done I clean out the leftovers and wipe it down with warm water. I have been experimenting with different oils, variety of popcorn and seasonings. It looks good in our bar area. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

Buy this and a carton of flavacol and stop wasting money going to a theater just for the popcorn! We eat a lot of popcorn in this home and this has been amazing for getting it just right without even leaving the house. Now I no longer have to awkwardly go into the theater just for popcorn

I like the color and the popcorn designs and the little wheels in the side if the cart.. It's a lot smaller than what I was expecting it too be.. Look like it should be something in a little girls doll house.. Not easy too clean cause it's small and hard 2 reach the areas in the back.. It only have the front door.. Only makes enough popcorn for 1 Adult and a small child.. I had 2 make 2 batches just 2 get a ziplock bag full.. The popcorn get stuck under the turner on the inside of the kettle.. I had more seeds in the bottom of the pan than popcorn.. Not sure I really want too keep using this machine and I've only had it a week.. :( :(

Le quite una estrella solo por lo complicado que es limpiar la maquina. Se ve genial en persona y opera de forma muy facil. Pero.... La limpieza es una pesadez. Se tiene que quitar el contenedor para limpiarlo pero como se conecta a la corriente, hay que tener cuidado de no mojarlo tanto. Lo que dificulta una buena limpieza a mi parecer. Y los muros de la maquina se llenan mucho de grasa/aceite al momento que las palomitas revientan. Por lo que tambien hay que limpiar todos los lados de la maquina para mantenerla limpia. Es decir, que tardas mas limpiando que en hacer la tanda de palomitas y comerlas.
