Effective for improving side motions of the neck
Very good product. Well designed and easy to use. Convenient for home use. Also effective already after two days of use. Convenient for travel. I highly recommend it for easing the tension and improving neck's flexibility.

A bit too short and a bit uncomfortable.
The rubbery section is very small, so for some exercises you will interface with the nylon, which is uncomfortable. I still prefer a towel or pillowcase sometimes.

Worked much better than the yoga strap
Fairly simple item but it seems to work. Before it arrived I tried using a yoga strap and I know others use a towel or pillow case but the Self Snag Strap worked much better than the yoga strap. Getting the technique right is another matter. The strap arrived from the US to UK in 10 days which was fairly good
