Hope this helps! **Q: Valve is broken.. is there a warranty ?** A: Interesting, I have been using theses floats for at least 10 years and never have had a valve break. Sorry I do not know if there is a warranty or not. **Q: What is the difference between the two choices shown? They look identical. One is just like a dollar less.** A: The ones I bought don’t have the neck pillow. So the one that is a few $$ more has the neck pillow. Mine are like deep net in the middle they work great. 4 puffs and sired up then to deplete you use the orange cover where u blew it up takes the air out. Super easy love them. **Q: How do you get water out of tbe tube** A: Water does not get in the tube. There is a mesh seat u sit on. The water flows thru the mesh. No collection of water. I am 82 yrs old. Love this for a pool of u are sitting up. Feel safe.
