I hope you kept the owners manual package. There are plastic clips that are required to reverse the door in that bag. **Q: Does it need a professional to install?** A: no, just take it out of the box and plug it in **Q: Is this mini fridge’s door magnetic?** A: My refrigerator only worked 2 days..it won't get cold or freeze and I was never able to return it..the process was to much..but to answer your question yes..but I don't recommend buying it.. There are shelves on the door that will hold a couple items. It is a very energy efficient model. The literature that came with it says it it cost about $32 a year to operate. I thought if you put some ice water in the freezer it would make it even more energy efficient.
