Hi dear, this Andalou reviving eye cream contains both Collagen + Hyaluronic. Which helps to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, puffiness, dark circles.

Most effective when: Do you follow-up this balm with a regular cleanser or just leave the film on your face?

It's a cleansing balm. So you would use it as a facial cleanser then follow your normal facial routine after that. Basically a cleanser in a balm form for dry skin. I tried ever one of their products and had to return them all. They made my face break out. All categories.
