Didn't Work
Unfortunately this didn't create Caspian yoghurt as I know it. I followed the online instructions to the T. It took a few days to become something resembling it but it was split and curdled. I used that to try to develop some more yoghurt with full fat milk as per instructions and this was just thin curdled spoilt milk rather than yoghurt. I have contacted the seller so will report back if any advice is received.

Easy to use
These make a thin yoghurt ( like actimel ) but easy to use without the heat necessity and very delicious

Not sure
I really like yoghurt so I like making my own and I thought I would try this one. I am not sure I got things right although I have followed the instructions. The first mixture took ages to ferment and it had a weird consistency. After straining it resembled cheese and not a runny kind of yoghurt as they say. I did not consume it. It would have been very helpful if there were some videos available.

I need Instructions for preparation
I bought mine a year ago, and until now, I have not been able to prepare it because it came with no instructions on how to prepare it.
