Fantastic Customer Service!
This is a beautiful and solid stand unfortunately it didn't quite fit my laptop. It was too tight and after a while I found it frustrating to remove my laptop so I quit using it. The window for return had expired by then but I thought I'd try anyway and contacted the retailer. They were absolutely fantastic, they suggested a different model and sent to me within 2 days! I was ecstatic, the new stand is beautiful and adjustable and fits my laptop perfectly! Thank you HUMANCENTRIC you're awesome! I would recommend them to anyone, you won't regret it!
