Review: Excellent Color, Clarity and Taste - I buy this about twice a year for projects. A very good neutral honey. Perfect for adding vanilla caviar and letting age into a drizzle that goes on top of yogurt, teas, over ice cream, and especially added to whipped cream. The price is a bit high, so I don't use this as my everyday honey. But try adding lavender, rose, cloves, vanilla, lemon, etc. and it becomes a canvas for any extract. Worth it.
