This is just about a perfect set-up: everything comes in a bag and you're ready to roll. I use a set of curtains on the outsides of the plastic backdrop and these frames are definitely strong enough. Once you have your gear set up and the frame is set to the height you want, the whole thing is stable. I've never had it fall over once.
