Very informative, great for teachers
I needed this book for one of my college classes, and it is by far one of the best books I have needed to purchase. There are so many resources in it, and I refer back to it all the time. Everything is well organized and clearly labeled, making it easy to find. Highly recommend for anyone studying, interested in, or teaching early literacy!

Must have for homeschool literacy instruction
Good book for foundational understanding of literacy concepts. It’s been helpful for our homeschool journey. I use it to supplement our program me just support with the lessons. I recommend it for teachers and non teachers.

Supports and informs good teaching

Great resource!
I bought this as a replacement for the 3rd edition i had borrowed from a colleague and had used it to death! I am a Title 1 reading instructional aide, and there are times my brain just won't come up with the words I need to teach a certain phoneme or phonetic skill. I used her book until I broke the spine from overuse.
