Where do you buy the S-hooks to hang artwork on these frames?

We bought ours off of Amazon here: 30 Pack ESFUN Heavy Duty S Hooks... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B077Q39LYT?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

Can they be placed into a three sided triangular column display?

They can be put into a triangular column display. I have used them this way.

Parts included to join pieces?

They do include joiner pieces, yes!

Whats connecting them together to form a stand? I have these but they came separated.

There should of been a package of mounting brackets with bolts and end nuts that you attach each panel to the other in the box. If not a 1 inch flat end screw washer and nut might work. Check your box carefully as it isn't very big.
