It is reliable and works well. The software on the phone is actually very nice. The only one complaint I have is that you have to go into the switchbot app and choose each specific unit to sync with in turn. And once selected you have to wait for the data to transfer. Please Switchbot can you get your software developers to poll each unit it's registered with and collect data, like once an hour or something. It's not a very practical setup because you have to essentiall spend time and effort to keep collecting the data. This is not the way I would expect the product to work as a customer or as a software developer. This needs rectifying very soon.
