Product Description Even though, portable PH meters are easy to use, they require calibration at time to time. And this mega value pack calibration kit is time and money saving. Konvio Neer Buffer Solution Powders come in pre-measured packets: Just mix each packet with 250 mL of distilled water, and your calibration solution is ready. Important: Before purchasing, make sure that your meter uses listed solutions for calibration. WORKS WITH ANY pH METER Calibrate your pH meter. Follow instructions that come with your particular pH meter. Dissolve each pH buffer powder in 250 ml of distilled or deionized water. Individually wrapped to maintain freshness until use. Step to use Step 1 : Open the packet pour the powder into a clean dry glass container. Step 2 : Add 250ml deionized water (or distilled water) to the container.(better a 250 ml calibrated flask) Step 3 : Stir until the powder has completely dissolved. Step 4: Calibrate your pH meter.(rinse the meter by pure water before test) (CAUTION: Do Not Drink Solution! ) The pH Meter May Need to be Recalibrated Mainly in these cases Inactivity for long period, for example over 3-4 weeks. Very frequently used. Can't get a stable meter reading. After testing strong acid/alkaline. The testing accuracy requirement is high. Specification & Note Each Pack Volume: 250 ml Each powder packet/sachet makes 250ml of solution (when mixed with distilled or deionized water ) Accuracy: ±0.01pH at 25°C To ensure more accurate , calibrate at least by 2 solution, start at 6.86, then 4.01 or 9.18. Container should be glass or ceramic, don’t use metal material . You can store the calibration liquid in covered jars or containers for 2-3 weeks. ( In the refrigerated condition)
