Tiny powerhouse
Handy tiny shop vac. Lots of power. Of course it fills up rapidly, but that is to be expected. I bought it for use in my sailboat, where storage space is a premium. The small size is convenient working around the boat and also our RV A much older one, same model, has handled dust, sand, fresh water and sea-water for years with no issues. This one has been in use successfully for several months.

Very loud
Loud as heck, and the motor screams in full blast mode. I strongly recommend buying a 110v variable rheostat with this item, so you can better control the vacuums power delivery.

Realistically - NOT 1 Gallon
Perhaps the actual volume of the base of this vacuum cleaner is 1 gallon, but with the "dry-use only" filters, it will be limited to only about 1/5 to 1/4 of a gallon of material, then the entire filter must be discarded and replaced. Not a big deal, but a simple reality with these small vacs.
