Hi The harness have 3 hook for: - Left hook you are working with the left foot. - Right hook you are working with the right foot. - Middle hook you work with both legs at the same time. I hope this make sense . Regards

Faulty product

The ball arrived without a bladder or it was not connected to the valve. Could not inflate. Also, when ordering did not have the option of selecting different size. I have returned and I'm re-ordering in hopes that I get a good one next time.
