This is a very well made product. Perfect for progressive overload especially those lateral raises. I was stuck on 20kg and can’t go to 22.5kg for the longest time. Now I can use this to slowly reach my goal. Most importantly it is well made, when attached to dumbbell it ain’t shaky or moving when I do my workout. And the thinness is great without impending my hand when I am holding on the dumbbells

I am a woman and I use these for upper body dumbbell exercises like shoulder presses or bicep curls etc. when the jump between weights is 5lbs. It's too much for me so I like to use these plates to slowly get stronger. They're easy to use and I like them but they're not cheap, haha. I like the design though, they fit pretty securely around the handles of the dumbbells and don't slide down.

These are a great addition to our weights. Easy to place and help while transitioning to next level.
