The camera system very good working perfectly, I had issues with the settings but customer support helped to sort out , video quality good , the material quality need to improve. Customer support very good.

Absolutely rubbish , DVR box keeps switching its self off when it wants! The picture quality is really poor! The ZOSI smart APP is a load of crap hardly works keeps loosing signal and no audio either. the rotation of the camera is so slow you will miss what your trying to see! £250 NOT WORTH IT! I do NOT recommend!! I will be uninstalling the cameras system tomorrow and sending it back for a refund!

These cameras are great 360 degree views with sound.They are easy to put up, already connected to the box and you can get pictures and alerts on your phone, and the software knows when it records a person, so you can search people only events. it is so clever while being so simple to use.

Not impressed with the cameras for a start it's supposed to be wireless yet the wire comes through the window and connected to a plug socket having trouble connecting them to my phone it keeps saying code as expired not impressed at all

I’ve had this system for almost two years now. It’s not been great from day one having received the kit with a dead camera. Usual level of customer service - long distance delays in communication, language barriers and misunderstanding etc, but I did get answers to my queries. Could not get a like for like replacement for the dead camera, but was sent an alternative that was better than nothing. The remote viewing of the system was a bit glitchy, as was adding new cameras. Found a bug in the system that meant if your use Ethernet connection for a camera the two way comms didn’t work. The system now doesn’t display properly on the monitor and shows all cameras disconnected, but then it all comes on for a bit (a minute maybe) then goes off again for a similar period of time. The whole lot is going for recycling after Christmas and I’ll be looking at a better known brand with a proven track record such as Hikvision. My overall opinion is - don’t bother.
