Review: Invaluable LIFE CHANGING Supplement - I stumbled upon this supplement when a person asked about it on a Facebook page that I'm a part of. I was really intrigued because I know how crucial it is to include all parts of the animal regularly in our diets, not just limiting ourselves to the muscle meat. After looking into Ancestral Supplements' website, I was very satisfied with the sourcing, quality, and general ideology that the company upholds. It generally paralleled my own lifestyle. Our ancestors ate all of the organs: brains, liver, heart, spleen, kidney, etc. We're the only animal that defaults to just eating muscle meat and ignores the organs (most people at least) and even the bones. When I feed my cat, she will almost always go for the liver or heart first, followed by whichever other one is left, and even the other giblets before going to the muscle meat. Other animals show the same behaviors and choices when eating. "Like supports like" -- The idea of eating the organ of a healthy animal would help the corresponding organ in your own body. **Q: Has anyone noticed an improvement in their a fib?**
A: I had a fib several years ago and was treated by many physicians with no improvement.  Went to USC and they found a pericardial cyst attached to my heart.  The cyst was larger than my heart.  Had open heart surgery to remove the cyst and they did a Maze procedure on my heart also.  I said all that to say this my heart was damaged and was not strong.  I have been taking Anchestral Supplements for about 2 plus years and my cardiologist and electrophysiologist cannot believe my heart and the perfect condition it is now.  I only see the electro doctor every 6 months and he says my heart is in excellent condition.  The improvements started when I began taking heart, liver, bone marrow and lung.  My blood work has changed to an amazing result.  My doctor said he wished that his looked so good.

Our early ancestors never had access to a nutrient assay nor would they had even known to care about the very few known "nutrition facts" that appear on labels today. A: You'll find 1.5 mg of heme iron per six capsule serving. If it's iron you're after, you should consider the richest source of heme iron that exists in nature  — Spleen (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0734FQTQJ). Spleen has 5 X's more heme iron than liver.

Many of our customers successfully improve their iron status with our Liver product because it naturally provides the cofactors that support endogenous iron production (vitamin A, B12, zinc, copper, etc) along with a moderate amount of heme iron. For this reason, liver should be considered as a first line supplement option to manage iron status. It's important to know that adding more dietary iron to the equation doesn't always work... if that's not the root cause of the issue.
  
That being said, sometimes inadequate dietary iron IS the root cause of the issue, in which case, our Spleen product should be considered due to the high heme iron content (5Xs more than liver) either in combination with the Liver (or) as a stand alone product. For this reason, Liver plus Spleen should be considered as a second line supplement option to provide the cofactors that support endogenous iron production as well as a significant and meaningful amount of dietary heme iron.

After looking into Ancestral Supplements' website, I was very satisfied with the sourcing, quality, and general ideology that the company upholds. It generally paralleled my own lifestyle. Our ancestors ate all of the organs: brains, liver, heart, spleen, kidney, etc. We're the only animal that defaults to just eating muscle meat and ignores the organs (most people at least) and even the bones. When I feed my cat, she will almost always go for the liver or heart first, followed by whichever other one is left, and even the other giblets before going to the muscle meat. Other animals show the same behaviors and choices when eating. "Like supports like" -- The idea of eating the organ of a healthy animal would help the corresponding organ in your own body. I believe that there's truth behind the old saying. Heart is one of the best sources of CoQ10! That's something that many people don't get enough of. It also offers collagen and elastin, as well as B12. I've also worried that my heart may be a bit weaker due to an irregular heartbeat and chronic arrhythmia when eating sugar, so I chose to include this supplement for heart support. The extra CoQ10 was also just hard to pass up on. So how have the supplements been holding up? Well, by Day 2, I noticed my chronic brain fog already clearing up. By Day 3, I had a surge of natural energy that could ONLY be explained by these supplements. Nothing else in my life had changed. The natural energy has continued to be a daily thing every since. I used to struggle to stay up late when playing video games or socializing, but now I accidentally stay up way too late most nights. Even though I still like to have coffee in the morning, there isn't this rush to caffeinate myself, I can easily go without caffeine at all -- something I was relying on desperately before starting these supplements. The full serving is six capsules for each one. It seems like a lot, but you have to keep in mind that these are whole food supplements that are essentially replacing a small meal of organs each day. It's also just completely worth it to feel so much healthier -- and YOU WILL!! Ancestral Supplements is a very respectable company. Their products are sourced from 100% grass-fed bovine (cows) from New Zealand. No hormones, pesticides, or GMO's. The organs are freeze-dried, unrefined, and retain all of the valuable nutrients. One of the owners, Brian, is an extremely personable guy. He has given me invaluable information regarding these supplements as well as sharing his own wisdom and guiding me towards an even healthier lifestyle. I have a lot of respect for him and his ways. He truly, genuinely cares about the quality of his products and the well-being of his consumers on a personal level. It's been great to connect with someone like that. Since starting on the ancestral journey less than a month ago I've noticed some awesome affects; Fat is beginning to melt away - even the old bad fat on the belly and chest I was never able to shift! Eyelashes and eyebrows have started growing again (lost these following radiotherapy over a decade ago), muscles have grown a little bit but the muscle I do have feels better and stronger, my skin feels more alive and silky smooth - all in less than a month!! I'm sure there will be lots more healing going on inside my body and I'm looking forward to getting back to my best and making the most of life! My cousin came for a visit a few weeks ago looking tired and worn out from work and other stresses, like he had the weight of the world on his shoulders. I sent him the liver + bone and marrow soon after. He came to see me a few days ago and was looking more like his old self - better colour, strong, positive and vital. What a difference!
