Yup it does for me. Mine is at capacity and zips up fine!

I looked through the case ~ no indication of where it was made. I think its well made and does a great job of holding my CD's safely in my Lexus. Wish I could be more helpful.

I purchase this CD holder to organize and declutter my CD choices for my kitchen. In a lot of choices of colors I chose blue since that is the color in my kitchen. It blends in seamlessly. Has a beautiful closure. Great tab. Ample storage I don’t have as many CDs as there are pockets so that’s really exciting. I’ll have to buy more! I’d love the quilting love the padding. It would make an incredible gift for a CD or DVD collector on the go or just wants to clean up their countertop or put on a bookshelf for a drawer of your toys. It’s not too bulky and it has a nice depth to it. In fact, I think I’m going to order a few more from my household.
