Can you make a cookie sheet cake on this

I have made cookies, bread and bagels on the pizza stone and they turned out great! I wouldn't use this for a cake, there are no sides and I wouldn't put a sheet pan on it, I would just use the rack. It may help with more even heat if that's what you are looking for, however, it's not designed for cake pans.

A large take and bake pizza from our local shop is 14" in diameter. Will that work on this pizza stone? Or will part of it be off the edge?

This pizza stone is 12"x15". A 14" pizza will hang over the 12" sides.

It comes with paper... do we have to use this paper??

hello ,dear,paper is not necessarily used, we consider that some people don't like clean, so we equipped parchment paper to make cleaning more convenient and prevent adhesion

Can this be used directly over burners in a gas grill?

I would be careful to. They are designed for oven use. I would get a steel pizza tray to try that.
