Don't have bottom teeth so it's easy to chew for me. Taste is great. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Flavorful and "clean" (all meat), but not very tender. *by E***7 on April 5, 2023* I bought it because this company doesn't have many products that are labelled (and expected to be) gluten free. And I'll admit I'm not a fan of jerky I need to work to break apart, or can't just bite through it without effort. This was edible, and had a good amount of black pepper and soy sauce like flavor on top of the meat. No gristle or non-muscle connective tissue. But my teeth hurt trying to bite through an especially thick piece.
