It is often referred to using “PIR”, “Pyroelectric”, “Passive Infrared” and “IR Motion” sensor. The module has an onboard pyroelectric sensor, conditioning circuitry, and a dome-shaped Fresnel lens. It has a delay time adjustment Potentiometer and sensitivity adjustment Potentiometer.
