This is the best Ashwagandha supplement that I've tried. Tastes very good, easy to use, and does what it's supposed to do. High quality, effective, supplement.

I love this works for my anxiety and mood swings. Will continue to buy.

I take it at night and it relaxes me so I can sleep. I usually sleep about 3 to 4 hours a night. With this, I'm sleeping 5-6 hours.

It gives me energy. I put it right into my coffee in the am.

My husband loves taking adaptogens; he’s been on Ashwagandha, on and off, for years and years. I don’t touch the stuff but he finds it beneficial. Some people say it’s a mood booster; he hasn’t necessarily noticed that but he does claim it helps reduce his stress level. He’s primarily taken it in capsule form and he’s never had a low odor, alcohol-free liquid version like this one. The recommended dose is 2 droppers full. Taste wise, he says it’s a little flowery, vegetal and sweet; says it reminds him of a light honeysuckle. He reports a bit of a slick mouth feel but it has no horrid astringent or burning sensation like with some other liquid supplements he’s tried. Water and vegetable glycerin are the only other ingredients.This is made in Boulder, Colorado. It’s actually sourced *and* manufactured there, not just “crafted” by an American-owned company (I’ve fallen for tricky language in this department in the past). The box comes sealed, as do the 2 bottles. The expiration date on the bottles match the date on the box—in Oct 2022 our 2 bottles are good through 6/2025. I have not done a deep dive into this brand so cannot truly vouch for the purity or quality, but unlike some other supplements/vitamins we’ve recently gotten through Vine, this doesn’t feel like a fly-by-night company. But of course it’s tough to write reviews for certain health supplements because only with extended use can you really determine the benefits. It’s a so far, so good situation.
