It is very sensitive to the touch but I think the sensitivity can be adjusted, just haven't taken the time to figure it out - it's not a big deal.It is quite large but I'm able to use it comfortably.I'm not using it for gaming, I just like the gaming mice ever since my son gave me one a few years ago.
